EA has released an online survey in an effort to better understand the problems and glitches that have plagued 'Battlefield 4'.

The survey asks how satisfied is the user with the game and how they can improve the overall experience. Despite EA's best attempt to address the problem, some analysts believe it may be too late. Timothy Green, an investor and analyst for The Motley Fool, feels that along with the disastrous release of Sim City that EA has demonstrated that it cannot release a game with a major online component without technical problems. Gamers received the survey through their EA connected email accounts. Battlefield 4 is the fourth game in the main series of military shooters and was released on October 29 for all major consoles. The story focus on a group of US Special Forces trying to foil a Russian-backed coup in China. Despite the raving reviews; the game has had a rocky release with EA being hit with two class action lawsuits and the game being banned in the Peoples Republic of China.
