Chicago - This has become an interesting year for the Chicago Bulls and depending on how you view what the team has accomplished this season, the glass is either half full or half empty.
Several trade rumors have hit social media this week as NBA experts and fans project what they think could happen. The Bulls have already made a move shipping Luol Deng to Cleveland, but according to Joe Cowley of the Chicago Suns Times, the front office isn't finished making deals. Taj Gibson has played some terrific basketball, but for a team that could begin rebuilding, trading away a big contract for draft picks and maybe a veteran on his last year of a contract could be a wise move. Bleacher Report writer Haddon Anderson has also seen the writing on the wall and suggested a move, sending Gibson to Charlotte for Ramon Sessions, draft pick considerations over the next two years, and possibly another veteran player they could release after the 2013-14 season is over. The front office for the Chicago Bulls have a big job ahead as they look towards the summer to add the players they need to compete for an NBA title, but small deals like this can help and despite the fans desire to win this season, management must look at the bigger picture and prepare for the future now.
