The baby has apparently been born by Cesarian section and the nurse is trying to take the baby for all the necessary cleaning and health checks. Whatever they try, the baby continues to cling to the mother's face and cries if they try to separate him or her from the mother. The nurse then cleans the baby in place, cuddled up to the mother. The video was posted on February 25 and this particular version on YouTube is already well on the way to its first million views.
