It's the second time around for Kenneth Richard McCleod on the marijuana charges. MML reports Tuolumne County Sheriff's Deputies arrested McCleod after searching his home and his business, McCloud's Pet Emporium in Sonora, Ca. on Wednesday January 5th, 2014. Deputies were originally performing the search for evidence in an investigation into McCleod's alleged sexual relationship with a sixteen year-old girl. During the search of the home, Deputies found thirteen pounds of marijuana. During the search of McCleod's home the Deputies removed computers, cell phone and all of the digital media they could find. While McCleod is facing felony charges of child molestation, sex with a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor plus drug charges, the investigation is ongoing and McCleod has not yet been found guilty in a court of law. McCleod's previous conviction for drug related charges resulted in a prison term in California.
