Prince Edward Island maybe Canada's smallest province, but it's big on adventure with everything from fishing for lobster and digging for clams, to kiteboarding and stand up paddle boarding.

Confederation Trail - The Confederation Trail - Prince Edward Island's (300km) tip-to-tip trail - was developed on abandoned railway lines and takes you into wetlands and hardwood groves, through quaint villages and along sparkling rivers. There's no better way to explore the natural beauty of Prince Edward Island than to walk, hike or cycle along the trails, tailor-made for outdoor adventure Kiteboarding - Kiteboarding is a sport for the true adventure seeker. For those who live for the rush of flying, spinning, or just gliding through the water, the thrill of complete freedom is incomparable. The island’s warm, shallow, flat water bays are perfect conditions for beginners and wake style riding while the swell on the North Shore completes your every need in a Kiteboarding destination. Stand Up Paddle Boarding – Today’s hottest aquatic sport gives you a fresh perspective of the sea by letting you see into the serene water beneath your feet. This is the best way to get a taste of what it's like to stand on water. The width and length of the board allows for easy balance, while the upright position provides a full body workout. Paddle boarding in the international migratory site, in Malpeque Bay, has the added bonus of marine life, bird watching, and great views of towering red cliffs and secluded beaches. Feeding the Giants - Fish for bait, then hand-feed giant bluefin tuna! Frequent minke whale sightings, also watch the amazing gannets dive. Meet the Pilot - Hop in the Cessna 172G aircraft (seats pilot and 3 passengers) and choose which part of the Island you would like to explore. Put your hands on the skin of the plane, help the pilot pull the plane out of the hangar, look at the aeronautical chart, Fly over lighthouses, windmills and mussel farms. Amazing views of Prince Edward Island’s patchwork quilt fields, rolling hills, serene beaches, and jagged red cliffs. Tranquility Cove Adventures - Giant Bar Clam Dig - Drop anchor 8 km off our coastline to explore a deserted island. Dig for giant clams, haul lobster, rockcrab, and mussel lines. Swim, snorkel, sunbathe, beachcomb, and handle sealife. Steer a real lobster boat, breath our salt air. Tong and Shuck – Join oyster fishers, Erskine and Brian Lewis, aboard their dory (oyster boat) as they teach you to tong oysters in Salutation Cove. Shuck and eat oysters straight out of the water. They will never be fresher than this. Lobster Fisherman for a Day – Hop on board a fishing boat with a genuine lobster fisherman and learn the ropes of one of the Island’s most important industries. After a morning’s work, enjoy a fresh lobster lunch onboard. Irish Moss Harvesting - Learn the importance of Irish Moss (seaweed). Meet the horses before taking them down to the shore to harvest the moss by dragging a rake through shallow waters behind the horses. Gather up Irish moss and lay it out for drying. Enjoy a piece of seaweed pie. Digging for Dinner - The tide is out. You have a spade in one hand and a bucket in the other. That's pretty much all you need to go clamming...plus someone to show you where to dig, how to dig and how to cook them. That's what we do.
