As soon as Timothy Bradley secured his second encounter with Manny Pacquiao, he has been telling everyone that the Filipino star has lost his old killer instinct and that makes him doubly sure that he will prevail in their rematch on April 12.

Bardley based his observation on Pacquiao's performance over Brandon Rios during their fight in Macau China, China on Nov. 24. “I don't think he has the hunger anymore and it’s never coming back. He no longer has his killer instinct. That’s the first thing I noticed in the Rios fight. Every time he backed Rios into a corner, Manny stepped back instead of going for it. He didn't even try to put Rios away. That spoke volumes to me." he observed. Bradley said he is not intimidated by Pacquiao's legend, insisting that the Filipino star has no longer the same killer instinct he had shown in his previous fights. Bradley bragged about his improved fighting style and his quickness as he dismantled Marquez in their recent fight. "When I fought Márquez I knew my quickness would come into play. I set traps and used my quickness. I fought with intelligence. I used my pure boxing skills. Bradley has repeatedly cited the Rios fight as well as Pacquiao's stunning knockout loss to Juan Manuel Marquez of Mexico. To address Bradley's repeated statements about him losing his aggressiveness in the ring, Pacquiao said he tried to be nice with Bradley the first time around but promised that it would be different when they face each other again in the ring on April 12. “The aggressiveness and killer extinct, I have that, but sometimes I’m too nice with my opponent,” Pacquiao said. “But this fight he challenged me to do that. But this fight, he’ll get it.” Pacquiao said during his media tour in two US states. Pacquiao and Bradley are in the final leg of their two-state US press tour to promote their fight. After the press tour, they will return to their home courts to start a rigorous two-month training for the April 12 fight.
